Aladdin Technology's products. Phone calls with technical
issues will be logged; our support team will give
an issue ID to the calling customer. Customer will
be able easily follow up issue status. As soon as
we find the cause and the solution of the issue, our
support team will contact the customer and resolve
the problem.

Customer can contact us
24x7 for support by e-mail, Aladdin Technology will
response by assigning issue number, after study the
problem, we will contact the relevant customer by
email or phone call to revolve issue and give the
status report.
- Site Visit
Aladdin Technology sends
consultants to the site of Client Company to conduct
installation, trouble shooting, user training, and
other activities.
- Application Installation
and Software Version update
Aladdin Technology Corp.
will send consultants to the site of customer's company
premises to install the Treasure Registry System,
and installed software version upgrade.
- Major and minor
feature Improvement
Aladdin Technology Corp.
provide feature improvement services which includes
modifications of Aladdin Technology's Software products,
Major feature improvement includes modification of
user interfaces on screen or report format. Minor
feature improvement covers smaller modifications on
screens or reports.
